Georgetown Vineyard Wines
GeorgeTown vineyard is planted with a Burgundian style trellis. The close planting (3 times as many vines/Ha as the norm) encourages deeper rooting and wine of provenance. The lower trellis (half that of the norm) leads to more intense flavours. Very low crop levels per vine leads to ripe balanced fruit.
